How do I look at a file without downloading it?

Open File preview to check a document before you send or print it

Before a planning meeting, you might want to check what Eric's support plan says. File preview lets you look at a file right in Anya, without downloading it.

Open File preview

  1. In the left menu, click My Documents, then the Uploaded Files tab.

  2. Find the file. To narrow the list, search by name, pick dates with From and To, or choose a Pocket from All Pockets.

  3. Click the eye icon in the file's row.

You can also click the eye icon on a Pocket's Files tab.

File preview opens over your list of files. Nothing is downloaded. The top shows the file's full name, even when the list cuts it short.

What you'll see

  • Word document or PDF: the first page.

  • Image: the image itself.

Videos don't have an eye icon. To watch one, click the download icon in its row. The file saves to your computer.

Download or close

To see every page, or to keep a copy, click Download original at the bottom right.

To go back to your files, click the × at the top right.
