Sometimes the right person needs the right document: the new respite worker needs the behavior plan, and the dentist needs the medication list. You can send any file in your Vest straight to their inbox.
Send a file by email
In the left menu, click My Documents, then the Uploaded Files tab.
Find the file, then click the share icon in its row.
Under Send to, enter the person's email address.
Add a note under Message if you'd like, such as "Here's Eric's plan for when routines change."
Click Share.
To send it to someone else, share it again. Each email goes to one person.
They'll get the file itself, attached to the email. They don't need an Anya account to open it.
If they don't see it, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
Once it's sent, it's theirs to keep, the same as any email attachment. Send it to the people you'd hand it to in person.
Download a file to print or hand over
On the Uploaded Files list, click the download icon in the file's row. The file saves to your computer, ready to print or bring to a meeting.
Share a brief or a note
Files are what you can send from Anya. To pass along a brief Anya wrote, or something from your entries, copy the text and paste it into an email or a document. See How do I ask Anya for a brief or summary?
