Your child's Vest holds everything you've told Anya about them, sorted into Pockets. A Pocket is a place for one part of your child's life, like their daily routines, their health care, or the people who support them. That way, what you know about bedtime is easy to find, and so is the name of the dentist who's good with him.
Open your child's Vest
When you sign in, Anya asks "Whose Vest would you like to open?" Each Vest belongs to one person. Click your child's card to open their Vest.
If you keep a Vest for more than one person, click the swap icon next to your child's name in the left menu to go back and choose another.
Pockets
Your Vest opens on its Pockets. Each card shows the Pocket's name, a short description, and how many entries it holds.
Click a Pocket to see the Pockets inside it. For example, Day to day holds Routines for Bedtime, What Makes ME Happy, Phobias & Emotional Triggers, and more. Use the search box at the top to find one quickly.
Most Pockets also have a Spare Pocket for things that don't fit anywhere else. Put it there and give it a title of your own.
Inside a Pocket
Each Pocket keeps four kinds of things, each on its own tab:
Files: documents and videos you've added
Entries: notes you've written
Key Events: dates that matter
Moments & Thoughts: things that happened, and things you've been noticing
When a form asks you to choose Categories, it's asking which Pockets something belongs in.
Find a document
All your files are listed in one place. In the left menu, click My Documents, then the Uploaded Files tab.
To narrow it down, search by name, pick a date range with From and To, or choose a Pocket from All Pockets. Each file shows the Pockets it's in. To change a file's title or Pockets, click the pencil next to it.
