You already know more about your child than any file could hold: what calms him, what the doctor said three years ago, the word he uses when something hurts. Anya is where that knowledge starts to collect, in your own words, so it's there when you need it, and there for whoever comes next.
You don't have to set it all up at once. Here are three small things to try this week.
1. Tell Anya one thing
Pick something only you would know, like how bedtime goes or what to do when plans change suddenly. Add it as a Pocket Entry. It takes about a minute.
2. Add one document
A support plan, an evaluation, a benefits letter. Anya reads it and suggests where it belongs. You decide.
How do I tell Anya about my child? (see "Add a file")
3. Ask Anya a question
Ask about something you've already added. "What helps him settle at night?" is a good first one. You'll see Anya answer from what you've told it.
That's a good first week. The rest of this Help Center is here whenever you want to go further.
We're here, too
If something doesn't work the way you expected, or you just aren't sure where something goes, write to us. A real person reads every message and will get back to you.
When you write, there's no need to share details about your child's health or benefits. Just tell us what you were trying to do and what happened, and we'll take it from there.
